Room 1 (Treetop Suite)
Private attached bath
$165 per night (plus state and local taxes)

Features:

Our most spacious room inhabits a generous share of our third floor, with soaring ceilings, a roomy bathroom, and intriguing corners. Relax and enjoy sunsets over Lanesboro’s western hillsides. Off the main room is a cozy “writer’s garret”, with a lovely round-topped window, built-in bookcase, and antique fainting couch. Queenbed, antique armoire, ceiling fan, and thick woolen rugs scattered atop bamboo flooring. Breakfast in the room is an option.

Large bathroom, with shower, vanity, antique ceiling fixture, and view of northern bluffs of the Root River valley.

A two-night minimum stay is generally required on weekends, April through November, but we sometimes have flexibility to make other arrangements, so feel free to call us.



Room 2 (Morning Sun)
Private attached bath
$130 per night (plus state and local taxes)

Features:

This room occupies the southeast corner of the house that captures the morning light. A functioning transom window is above the door. The room has an antique dresser with handkerchief drawers, queen bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, chair, luggage stand, and ceiling fan.

The attached bath has a vanity and tub/shower.

A two-night minimum stay is generally required on weekends, mid-April through mid-November, but we sometimes have flexibility to make other arrangements, so feel free to call us.



Room 3 (Garden View)
Private attached bath
$130 per night (plus state and local taxes)

Features:

This room has south-facing windows, overlooking the lawn and flowerbeds. A functioning transom window is above the door. The room is furnished with a four-poster queen bed, oval mirror dresser, antique mahogany bench, two bedside tables with reading lamps, luggage stand, and fan.

The attached private bath has a vanity and single-person Jacuzzi tub/shower.

Room 4 (Cadbury Room)
Private attached bath
$130 per night (plus state and local taxes)

Features:

This room was most likely the room where the housekeeper had lived. It has pleasant natural lighting and overlooks the town of Lanesboro and the bluffs. A functioning transom window is above the door. The room is furnished with an antique marble-top dresser, queen bed, antique parlor chair, a bedside table, luggage stand, and fan.

The bath has a tub/shower and vanity.



Room 5 (Balcony Room)
Private attached bath
$155 per night (plus state and local taxes)

Features:

Morning coffee and breakfast are served directly into your room, via dumb waiter. Enjoy breakfast at the table in your room or outdoors on your personal balcony overlooking the lawn and flowerbeds. A spiral staircase ascends first to a breezeway, then to our rooftop gazebo for a panoramic view of the Lanesboro valley.

Each side of the queen bed has a lamp and nightstand. The closet houses a clothes rod and luggage stand. The room is furnished with an antique dresser, table and chairs, and ceiling fan.

The bath has a tub/shower and vanity, antique light fixture, and antique mirror.
